We can monitor our wellness though several great devices. The heart rate monitor coaches you to in a healthy way improve you fitness level and why not use it all day to track your emotional stress as well as your physical stress. There are also wellness monitors that specifically monitor your stress levels.
With a pedometer you can monitor and improve your daily activity. Walking is a great way to improve your wellness and you can accomplish a lot simply by parking further away from the store and taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
If you think you’re overweight and indent to change it keep track of your body composition. A body composition scale measures not only your entire body weight but also how much of you body that is composed of fat. It is body composition that really matters not you body weight. Remember that if you improve your diet and start to you are likely to increase the weight of you muscles. This is a good thing so don’t just stare at the normal scale that shows your body weight but monitor you body composition.

Another good wellness monitor is to keep track of the pH level of you body fluids. If you’re acidic this is this is a very good warning sign that your wellness is not at optimum level. Usually urine or saliva is measured and good test strip or stick will only take a couple of seconds to give you results.

The fastest way to monitor wellness is probably just turn to your self. Look at yourself in the mirror, what do you see? How do you feel?.
The body has many warning signs; all you have to do is pay attention. Here are some examples:
Skin: The skin is our largest organ and a barometer of our overall health. If your skin is dry, flaky, thin, itchy or has lost elasticity you are not healthy.
Allergies: Allergies are not normal, although we tend to believe so since so many of us have them. An allergy tells you that you need to strengthen your immune system.
Digestion: Good digestion is a foundation for wellness. If you are not properly digesting your food and absorbing nutrients you will eventually get sick. Healthy eating and is the best way to prevent digestion problems.

Playing tennis together or simply having an appointment at the fitness club.

However, sometimes it’s not very practical. You might have different schedules; it might be hard to find time to go to the fitness club, etc.

A great way to get the of exercising together but still doing it in your own time is to set up a competition. It is very simple. Just get some friends together (as many as you like), set a goal, use a pedometer and start . Your goal can for example be to walk the most in a month or to walk the distance to China. Everyone uses their and record on a daily basis how many steps they take. If you all pitch in with a couple of dollars the winner can get a nice price. It’s fun and all you need is a . It’s a great thing to do with a couple of colleagues. You can get the distance between cities here.
