<p>When it comes to equipment it’s enough with a hand mixer.<br />
This is a fresh, tasty and very nutritious breakfast.</p>
<p><em><strong>Ingredients:</strong></em><br />
1 celery stalk<br />
1 small apple<br />
1 pear<br />
1 kiwi<br />
1 teaspoon cinnamon<br />
1 tablespoon crushed flaxseeds</p>
<p>Peel and cut the fruits in larger pieces. Mix with the celery.<br />
Sprinkle cinnamon and flaxseeds over the food.</p>

<p>I found a <a href="http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/02/080228112008.ht" target="_blank" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview ('/outbound/www.sciencedaily.com');">research</a> covers that ordinary overworked people who do not find the time to <a href="http://yournaturalwellness.com/tag/exercise/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with exercise">exercise</a>.</p>
<p>The research covered 36 volunteers. They did not <a href="http://yournaturalwellness.com/tag/exercise/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with exercise">exercise</a> regularly and had reported persistent <a href="http://yournaturalwellness.com/tag/fatigue/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with fatigue">fatigue</a> but did not have any medical conditions.<br />
The volunteers were divided into three groups:</p>
<ol>
<li>the moderate-intensity aerobic group who exercised 20 min 3 times a week for six weeks</li>
<li>the low-intensity aerobic group with the same schedule but at a lower intensity</li>
<li>the control group who did not <a href="http://yournaturalwellness.com/tag/exercise/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with exercise">exercise</a></li>
</ol>
<p>To everyone’s surprise, the low-intensity group had a greater reduction (65%) in <a href="http://yournaturalwellness.com/tag/fatigue/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with fatigue">fatigue</a> levels than the moderate-intensity group (49%).</p>
<p>A 20 min easy walk 3 times a week is something that everyone can fit into their schedule. So activate yourself but don’t over do it.</p>

And the best way to keep your blood circulation going is to stay active. Don&#8217;t sit still for too long but get up and move regularly. Especially moving your torso and upper body works great.

<li>Lift and lower your shoulders at a fast pace.</li>
</ul>

		<description><![CDATA[I don't think anyone on the globe is not concerned about their financial situation today. We all have to look at ways to spend less. One good way to save money is to quit the gym. We need to exercise but there is no reason to do it in an expensive health club.]]></description>

<p>How do you think it turned out? I spent a horrible amount of money on 4 visits to the gym.</p>
