How was your Thanksgiving? I hope you had a great time. Some of you are probably worried about gaining weight after a very festive dinner. But don’t panic, you can lose all of them with just a minute’s exercise.
Today is Black Friday, the beginning of the holiday shopping season. For some, it is the best time to shop for gifts. Not a bad idea at all. But it’s also best if you start giving eco-friendly presents. You’re not only saving money, you’re also helping preserve the environment.
While we gather with our loved ones around the Thanksgiving table and give thanks for the bountiful harvest, which is the source of the healthy foods that we are eating, let’s also thank the farmers who are responsible for growing these healthy produce.
Now that you’re already done with the planning and preparing for the meals to be served on Thanksgiving. What about the drinks? Some of your guests must’ve traveled far to visit you and thus need a refreshing drink once they arrive. And there should be a beverage ready for them to sip during and after the meal.
