dna secrets for anti aging

The answer to a young body is written in our chromosomes. By studying the length of telomeres the three corner stones has been identified as the key to a young body.

The study was made on 740 women and it measured the length of their telomeres. It was found that the women in with the longest telomeres got an average of 153 mg and 12 mg in their diet. A daily multivitamin and mineral supplement also gave less biological aging.

A telomere is a region of repetitive DNA at the end of a chromosome, which protects the end of the chromosome from deterioration. The length of the telomeres is used as a measurement of biological aging.

The three most important vitamins that where identified to promote Anti-Aging are:

1. Foods high in vitamin C

2. Food high in vitamin E

3. A multivitamin/mineral supplement

Why not try this Rose Hip Soup Recipe that give you plenty of vitamin C plus vitamin E.
Quinoa is also a great since it contains both vitamin C and vitamin E. I use quinoa all the time and my kids prefer it to rice. Here is how to cook quinoa.

I guess vitamin C is always associated with the good, healthy and wrinkle free skin. Its always there in all the products which claims to slow down your aging process.

I think Vitamin D and Vitamin B are also very important for keeping the body healthy and preventing infections. There are a lot of great supplements too, but so much of it is natural. Eating all your veggies is really important…

Getting the right nutrition can not only help your health and beauty improve, but you’ll also find that your quality of life improves as you have more energy and are less injury prone, even as you age. Thanks for sharing this valuable info about anti-aging.

As we grow older, the ability of our body to process nutrients decreases and it is here that need arises to increase our nutrients intake. There are certain vitamins that prevent aging, like vitamin D is an essential nutrient that helps prevent osteoporosis from taking place. I guess you should have mentioned this too.

Ya that’s true. Vitamin C and E are best alternatives for anti aging. I always try to have more of lime and strawberries for a healthy skin and body. Plus I also practice regular yoga.

It’s also really important to protect your skin from the sun which can cause premature ageing. Use a moisturiser with an SPF every day, even if it’s overcast. You’ll notice a difference if you don’t!

Interesting info. I see that there is a lot in the media today about the use of the B vitamins (including folic acid and vitamin B12) in treating/preventing alzheimers and age linked memory loss too which would seem to mean that the B vitamins are also important for those seeking to stay healthy in old age.

Age may just be a number, but it’s not one we like to give out willingly. Knock a few years off by tweaking your diet with these foods proven to be full of anti-aging properties. Plus, they’ll help you reap the benefits of a smaller waist, too.Foods high in water content, such as cucumbers, watermelon, apples, peaches, melons, and celery, are some of the best hydrating solutions for your skin, says Simpson. They keep away wrinkles and therefore keep you looking fresh-faced. All berries have some anti-aging perks, blueberries are soaring in popularity because of the amount of vitamin C and E they contain.

Its is true that consuming those 3 vitamins does slow our aging process for a while but no matter what we do one can’t avoid being getting older its inevitable just like life & death is part of our life.

That’s very interesting. Vitamins, minerals and other nutrients are much more important in wellness and graceful aging than most people realize. For instance, I just found out that Niacin plays a very important role in raising good cholesterol levels and lowering bad. Thanks for sharing, love information regarding natural health issues

Vitamins will not help you lose weight.
If you eat 3,500 calories more than your body needs, you will put on about 1 pound. If you use up 3,500 calories more than you eat, you will lose about 1 pound in weight.
