    Its good that you have suggested all ways to loose weight naturally. As it doesn’t comprises of any side effects and doesn’t forces to be on strict diet too. It would have been better if you would have added some good healthy recipes also. As I’m a big foodie and look out for such recipes which doesn’t makes me more heavier and helps me satisfy my taste too.

    @Carolin: Eat less more often is probably the BEST mantra for loosing weight. About the recipes Anderson asked for, I think most such recipes should involve a lot of beans and green vegetables; though meat is protein rich I don’t recommend red meat for people trying to loose weight.
