What a great resource!
Thank you for the good tips. Another way to fight odour in your home is by using an air purifier with lots of activated carbon. It will capture gases and fumes from paints, heating devices, dirty socks…
Good write up. I was wondering what yours thought are on a Paelo diet??
I definitely think that it is a good thing to eat a lot of food that our hunter/gatherers ancestors did. Lots of fruits, veggies and proteins.
However I don’t really believe in diets that are hard to keep up with. Diets should be easily implemented in your life not rule it.
On top of that I personally would not like to have our mass-produced meats as a large part of my diet.
I love the idea of filling a spritz bottle with some water and scents. I love the smell of a lot of different oils but it’s hard to get them to fill a room with scent without having to burn something or use heat somewhere.
