I eat in front of my computer.

I eat more when I’m stressed.

I put food in my mouth because the food looks good. It’s like it is talking to me : Eat Me, Eat Me.

I’m eating without being hungry and without the intention to eat.

I just learnt this about myself. I have to admit I was a little surprised. It is great to believe that you know what you’re doing. That you are in control.

Only sometimes you’re not.

We can get so used to habits that we don’t even notice them anymore. Michelle May’s book Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat has been a real eye-opener for me. I can recommend it to everyone even if you’re not struggling with a weight problem.

    Change your behavior and change your lifestyle. This is key to shedding those unwanted pounds. Diet and exercise are the two most important components to losing weight. You need to control what you put in your body. And you need to get up off that couch and do some cardio to burn the fat, lift weight to maintain muscle. Eat lean cuts of protein, whole grains, fruits and veggies and an array of good fats. Good fats such as: whole almonds, advacado, olive oil, black olives, and my personal favorite 70% dark chocolate. There are some wonderful recipes out there to control the amount of calories you ingest. Remember calories in calories out if you want to lose weight. Cheap Edmonton Hotels
