    I understand the moisturizing properties and also feel that it can work with acne (by opening pores) but the weight loss tips that you have listed raises some doubts.

    Is this being done to improve metabolism and digestion and thus can lead to weight loss? Thank for sharing these secrets, had heard about one of two before but others are totally new.

    I have read that it improves your metabolism and that it helps minimize your sugar cravings.
