		<description>Walking was probably the best advice I ever had for weight loss. Just the though of going to the gym makes me want to reach for the crisps but walking to the shops is great exercise.

If it is early in the morning and your goal is to burn fat the best is acutally to walk. If you&#039;re goal is to get a stronger heart the best is to jog. 
At the end of the day, all is great, do what you enjoy the most!</description>
