		<description>Well certainly interesting indeed. Very good I must say. My husband is a trainer and he has a routine called burpees. Very effective apparently and targets all the major groups. But it&#039;s for medium or expert levels.</description>

Is it possible to use resistance bands instead for those of us who don&#039;t have dumbells available to us?

I think it&#039;d probably work fine for the arm stuff, but not sure that it would help much for the leg part of the excercise.
