Those of you who are beginners in fat burning exercise regime, you should opt for walking exercise. Start with a slow speed and short distance. I see you used dumbells in this excercise.
Is it possible to use resistance bands instead for those of us who don’t have dumbells available to us?
I think it’d probably work fine for the arm stuff, but not sure that it would help much for the leg part of the excercise.

Well certainly interesting indeed. Very good I must say. My husband is a trainer and he has a routine called burpees. Very effective apparently and targets all the major groups. But it’s for medium or expert levels.
