    Oh I love yogurt, sweet potatoes and oats. Maybe I will not be having a flue since I am strong in eating sweet potatoes and oats.

    It’s interesting that mushrooms are on the list. My husband has to avoid them. He got a systematic yeast infection from eating them and it took him over a year to get rid of it. Even a 30 day regimen of diflucan didn’t help clear it up.
