It also increases the rate of metabolism in the body, thereby keeping our brain healthy and active in addition to making the body fit and strong. It also increases the system efficiency in our body and reduces the risk of heart attacks.
2. Dedicate yourself to perform exercises daily. Spend a few hours on exercises that can control your weight. Computer operators and bloggers do less work that require physical action and energy, so exercising is must! Exercises that give work to neck, back, hip and hands are recommended by doctors. Walking in between your work will help you relax and maintain proper blood supply to the brain..
3. Include nutritious food in your daily diet. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and foods rich in fiber and different kinds of nutrients. Make sure they are healthy and that they can give you energy and feed your brain. Consumption of food at the right time is also important. So don’t delay your meals. It is also necessary to avoid junk and processed foods.
All of these tips are really helpful. For me, I keep a special place on my desk where I always put my glass or tumbler of water. If you’re worried about having to walk to and fro the washroom, stop! Your body and your brain need a break. You have to give it for them to work efficiently.
Then, always start your day with a healthy breakfast. That should keep you going all throughout the day.
