As November advances, many people look forward to the approaching holidays. Of course, the festivities won’t be complete without a bounty of food. So before the holidays, a lot of people are swamped in preparation; from shopping, cooking, baking and more. I just hope that they won’t forget to incorporate healthy cooking and healthy eating into the occasions.
The following are easy tips that will help you stay healthy through November and the holidays to come:
- Make sure that you’re not bingeing.
- Go grocery shopping on a full stomach.
- Set goals for yourself for the holidays season.
- Cook with healthy ingredients.
