    This quite interesting I was un-aware that different types of food and herbs would increase your breast size, it has to be cheaper than implants and would look a lot better to, I wanted bigger breasts but decided to stay how i was so I will now try these different types of foods and see if that will make any difference.

    These breast enhancing foods stimulates hormone production and simulates the hormone levels when the breast grew for the first time.
    It needs to be said though that it can take longer to see results if you are very thin.

    Yes, if the breasts are caused by overporduction of estrogen you should avoid the foods that are high in that. There are also foods that stimlates testosterone.
    However large breasts or so called “man boobs” are often caused by overweight. The best way to get rid of that is…to go on a diet.

    Nice information. Taking the estrogen stimulating food is better alternative to implants and surgeries. It is not only safe but also cheap.

    @Rose Most research on estrogen rich food has focused on breast cancer. However Ethnobotanist, Dr James Duke found in his research highlights a number of herbs that act like estrogen in that they exert a mastogenic effect on the breast. A mastogenic effect means that they increase healthy breast tissue.

    When you like to increase your breast size one thing that is very important is healthy fat. Protein also helps to build breast tissue.

    You also want to be aware of that chemical hormones added to poultry and eggs can shrink your breasts.
