I’m glad I just watched this video. That 95% of the population should have toxic reactions to everyday food seems crazy. This is definitely something to be aware of.

A 25 year ongoing study shows that 95% of the population has what is known as a “type two” toxic reaction to common everyday foods that you eat regularly.
