    Vitamin C, and also Vitamin E, is also very good ingredients in skin care products as it contains strong antioxidant

    Peoples who leave in large cities need supplements of vitamin C because the existing carbon monoxide in air is a powerful destroyer of the vitamins. Tobacco is another destroyer of vitamin C, each cigarette smoked destroying 25-100 mg of vitamin C. There are many drugs that influence negatively the intake of vitamin C in the body. Even the aspirin used so often in case of pain or rheumatic heart disease triple rate of elimination of vitamin C. On the other hand, a deficiency of vitamin A may cause a loss of vitamin C.

    Yes I know Vitamin C can increase the speed of metabolism. I know that it can happen. But the results are really amazing.

    Vitamins are known to us for over 100 years. They have written and said quite a lot. But what are vitamins? What are they different from other biologically active substances? Once upon a time there were more than two dozen, but now vitamins include all 13 compounds. At the same time, there are the so-called “vitaminopodobnye substance.” What are they different from the vitamins? Let’s start with the definition of “vitamins.”
