    Vitamin C, and also Vitamin E, is also very good ingredients in skin care products as it contains strong antioxidant

    Yes I know Vitamin C can increase the speed of metabolism. I know that it can happen. But the results are really amazing.

Once upon a time there were more than two dozen, but now vitamins include all 13 compounds.
