If you drink a lot of fruit juice you can lower the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.

Scientists at University of Glasgow have found that the high amount of antioxidants in juice helps prevent a number of chronic diseases, like Alzheimer.

The most efficient juice is the one from dark blue or purple concord grapes as the blue substance concord contains a lot of antioxidants.

Start each day with an antioxidant super boost. And if you’re feeling tried take another one a night.
