I find that my favourite technique is getting cosy with a cup of hot chocolate while reading a book before bed. It puts me in the relaxed state of mind ready for some good quality sleep.</description>

		<description>Well thank you for this guide and tips on how to fall a sleep. I have serious problem with sleeping, sometimes I can not fall a sleep until 3-4 a.m. It is true that my lifestyle is not optimal and I smoke too much but I think that your list will help me to sleep. 

First I will try to limit smoking then I will follow the rest of the tips. I sincerely hope that it will help me and I will finally get some much needed rest.
