Loaded Quinoa Smoothie

smoothieThis is great for breakfast, before or after training or virtually any time of the day.

It has a good amount of:

And it only takes a couple of minutes to make.

 

 

 

Ingredients

1 orange

2 hand full blueberries

1 cup of plain yogurt with probiotics or 1 cup of  regular or non-daily yogurt and 1 teaspoon of inliven

5 teaspoons cooked

2 teaspoons olive oil  or flaxoil

1 teaspoon liquid honey

1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger

If you start with uncooked quinoa, rinse, cook and let it cool first.

Peel the orange. 

Add all the ingredients in a mixer add mix until smooth.

Drink in a big glass before or after workout.
