Did you know that a short workout can effectively burn up to 9 times more calories per minute than the traditional hour long workout?

I didn’t, until now.

I wish I could find the time to get that dream body. But I have to be proud if I can get 2 sessions in the center a week. And I’m sorry to say that is not enough to get the body I wish I had.

And it’s not just about looks.

    I totally agree with this article. I have discovered by personal experience that smarter shorter work outs give you better results than killing yourself at the gym for oone hour.
