Don’t Swallow Your Toothpaste

I just watched a video where dentist Bill Osmunson explains the dangers of fluoridation.

And fluoride is not the only toxin in toothpaste. Even most natural toothpastes contain Sodium Laureth Sulfate.

According to Osmunson one of the problems is that we don’t use the recommended pea size of toothpaste. Most of us use a lot more.

And for kids we should not use more than the size of their smallest fingernail.
