Hot Tomato Juice

This is by far the best tomato juice I ever tasted. Hot and fresh at the same time.
Very much like gazpacho, I bet if you mix in some tomato and cucumber cubes you get a fantastic gazpacho.
Preparation time is around 2 min total.
Wash the ingredients and take of any stems and leaves and add them to the juicer one at the time.
1 big tomato
1 medium carrot
1 celery stalk
1 inch cube of ginger root
1 garlic clove
This will give you one glass so you might as well double the recipe.
Juicing is so fast and easy. You just wash the ingredients and take of any stems or leaves and then you go. Right now I’m on a raw detox so I’m juicing A LOT.

Tomato needs to be boiled with oil to let its Lycopene spread out, otherwise, you only got its Vatamin C. So I always perfer the Chinese way of cooking tomato, with is boiled with eggs to make a soup, quite tasty. YOu should try! First, fry the tomato with oil, then water, then putting the eggs.
