Detox in 1 Day
Spring is in the air.
Soon the parks will be full of joggers.
It’s time to re energize, start over, clean, and detox.
I love detox. It makes me feel so healthy and gives me tons of energy without feeling hungry or deprived of good food.
A one day detox is something everyone can do.
Why don’t you try it today!
Here is my easy 1 day detox program
Breakfast: Make a smoothie with 2 types of fruits and 1 type of greens. The greens should not be bitter use for example spinach or roman lettuce.
Lunch: Eat 1 or 2 types of fruit, whole or as a smoothie.
Snack: Another smoothie with both fruits and greens.
Dinner: Start with some fruit, then follow with a raw vegetable soup. Raw veggie soup is so easy to make. If you like tomatoes just mix a couple of fresh tomatoes with your favoirte spices. I use garlic, pepper and basil. It only takes a couple of minutes to prepare and it has such a fresh taste.
Drink plenty herbal tea and water throughout the day.
If you’re hungry after the soup, you could make a non-fat salad, or eat more fruit. Just remember to you avoid oils, nuts, other fatty foods and salt.
Other thing I do frequently to control my weight and give myself an energy boost is a one day weigh loss fast. It’s perfect to get rid of those extra winter pounds.
