Burn More Fat with Omega-3

By Carolin

Yoga exercise

Omega-3 is vital for our brains. But I’ve read many articles and studies that show that omega-3 also helps us lose weight.

The latest I found is that it makes you burn MORE fat during exercise. Here is how:

If you take omega-3 fish oil 45 min before you exercise you will burn more fat.

Did you know that the right type of fat can actually help you get a flat belly?

If not then you might be interested in this:

I have been following some of the regimes on this blog for healthy eating and fitness. I can say most of the posts here are really helpful especially with a very good balance on exercise and eating.

I do take Omega 3 and have realised how much it does replenish lost vitamins from our hectic day to day activity.

I would suggest the another happiness way to lose weight,
Recently many of westerners take an interest to Meditation increasingly. Especially in the use of meditation for weight reduction. One decade ago during the age of 60 when the Beatle band being famous the same time Meditation courses had been ringing out so make it known to the westerner because the four musicians ladybug take an interest the subject of meditation and go to learn with great hermit teachers of meditation in Indian and that great hermit was also famous. He was invited to tour and teach on TV in many western countries by the theory of meditation called “Transcendental Meditation” or in briefly as T.M.
