Omega-3 is vital for our brains. But I’ve read many articles and studies that show that omega-3 also helps us lose weight.
The latest I found is that it makes you burn MORE fat during exercise. Here is how:
If you take omega-3 fish oil 45 min before you exercise you will burn more fat.

I have been following some of the regimes on this blog for healthy eating and fitness. I can say most of the posts here are really helpful especially with a very good balance on exercise and eating.
I do take Omega 3 and have realised how much it does replenish lost vitamins from our hectic day to day activity.
