In my neighborhood a woman just lost her ability to speak due to stress. She can not write and she can not speak.
I feel for her and her family.
And it makes me think of how important it is to be present and enjoy life here and now.
Let’s spend 6 minutes of our time forgetting all our musts and worries and just laugh at this hilarious video:
