New Spinach Pill will help You Lose Weight

    Thank you for all the information you give here.

    So if we eat a few nuts along with a handful of fresh spinach three times a day we should lose weight?

    Obviously worth trying. I was reading an article on how Lemon can make you lose weight, and wasn’t sure how spinach pill will make one lose weight. What nutritional value does it have? I’ll like to read more review on the product.

    Hi Monica,

    Spinach is good, healthy food. But what is new about this diet pill is that is regulates your appetite. The thylakoids in spinach signals to your brain that you are full. As opposed to sugar that will signal that you need more.
    As long as we’re hungry dieting will be painfull and we’re less likely to succeed.
    I haven’t seen the results from the last tests of the product yet. But I’m keeping an eye on it. And I have an upcomming article on this subject.

    I have no problem loosing weight, quite the contrary, I have trouble getting fatter, since I’m too slim and that’s not healthy either.
