Imagine how easy it would be to lose weight if you could push a button to change your eating behavior.
Eating is a central part of or lives.
We plan what and how to eat.
With whom we’re going to eat.
We prepare for our meal.
Then we’re finally ready to eat our food.
Losing weight does not start at the dinner table or when we open the fridge. It’s about what we buy in the grocery store. What hobbies we have. How we arrange our lives.
If you want to succeed in changing you behavior you should make it easy on yourself. Take away the choices and you will automatically change your behavior.
Here are 5 ideas to change your behavior in order to lose weight:
- Don’t keep any soft drink, cookies, ice cream, chips, candy, chocolate etc at home.
- Always have fresh fruits and vegetables within reach.
- Decide which program you want to watch and turn off the TV as soon as it is finished.
- Sell your car. Instead take the bus, bike and walk.
- Find a hobby that require physical activity.
