Newborn baby

The first time I held my newborn baby my life changed. The pure, innocent tiny person lying in my arms needed my protection.

Have the popularity of detox gone too far?

In UK a 52-year-old mother received more than £800,000 after suffering permanent brain damage while on a detox diet that instructed her to reduce her salt intake and consume large amounts of water.

If the nut is oil roasted the fat increases a lot maybe 50%. The roasting process also causes a loss in vitamins.

To summarize this part you don’t want to eat oil roasted nuts. But, as I see it, the biggest problem with roasted nut is that they in most cases are salted and sometimes flavored with other things you don’t want in your body. Nuts are great but salt and artificial flavorings are NOT good. Read more
