		<description>Generous amounts of antioxidants can be found in grapeseed extracts (in supplements form) and in glutathione tablets. If you&#039;re not the type of person who&#039;s comfortable with taking tablets and want to get your daily dose of antioxidants in a natural way, I believe coffee and tea (especially green tea) have antioxidants too.
