I thought the reason why I always have red eyes is because I spent 12 hours in computer. So I wondered why even if i minimize time in front of the computer, I still have red eyes and that is because lack of sleep.

Gee, I have the opposite problem. For me red eyes are caused by allergies and it is lack of sleep that gives me dark circles. Anyway, you are right about getting enough sleep being integral to good health. Every doctor I’ve ever had has told me that!
