		<description>I&#039;d actually go against your whole grain recommendation, purely because I have read a number of studies which shows extensive use of chemical bleaching in those products, even when they are then dyed brown again.

Instead, I&#039;d like to see more people consume legumes like lentils and pinto beans.  They are high in carbs, are natural and nutritious, and from my own experience, were the quickest way to reduce belly flab and reveal my abs.

Replace rice with lentils or beans in any Mexican meal and you&#039;ll have a pretty great meal for a flat belly!</description>

There is a great mix of oils which you can buy from health stores called &quot;Udo&#039;s Blend&quot; or &quot;udo&#039;s choice&quot; in some places. I cant recommend it enough. It contains a mixture of all the good oils and goes great with salad dressings.

I also like to make vegetable juices and sometimes snack on foods like carrot sticks and freshly made hummus.
