		<description>I think most miss the fact that most &quot;diets&quot; all have the disclaimer &quot;when used with a sensible diet and exercise&quot;. People eat way too much as far as portions these days and are also eating processed food and GMO foods. This can in no way be good for us. Then the other is exercise. 60 or 70 years agao, before computers and video games, you hardly ever seen someone overweight.

They did not mesure the weight of nuts, they just ate, but they were active and had quality foods.

People, including personal trainers and health professionals have had so much learning that they have forgotten common sense.

The key is not to eat those snack too much and keep on exercising to burn those calories.</description>
