Love your body

Magazines, films, commercials are all full of them: people with perfect bodies.
What is it really we’re looking at:
- manipulated pictures
- plastic surgery
- people who get up at 5 AM to do their 2 hour long daily workout
Instead of staring at those perfect images. Lets stop for a moment and look at the people around us.
Us, real people with cellulites, wrinkles, sagging breasts and more fat than we would prefer.
Do you dread the beach summer season? Well don’t, all you need is some renewed self esteem.
Here are 8 ways to help you love your body:
- Dance in front of the mirror
- Buy new beautiful lingerie and wear it
- Laugh out loud as often as you can
- Exercise doing something you love
- Indulge yourself with a luxury exfoliant and moisturizer to let your skin radiate
- Have sex
- Respect your body: if you are not feeling well take care of yourself
- Get a massage or a pedicure
Finally, to all real people out there:
Hold your head up high and stroll on the beach in a bikini this summer!

Very good article….believe me I really did dance infront of the mirror after reading this. We should definitely love our body the way it is. We should make an effort to correct something which is in our hands. But there are somehtings with each body for which we can’t do anything so we should accept it and like you said respect it.
