A glass of orange juice on the breakfast table.
We’ve been so accustomed to it. But changing a habit can sometimes be a good thing.
Swapping your orange juice for tomato juice will give you:
- Less calories
- More vitamin C
- Plenty of lycopene
- Vitamin A and K, potassium and beta carotene
It’s worth a try.
