This pasta is fast and easy to make, inexpensive and it’s a great immune system booster – and of course delicious.
The recipe takes about 2 min longer than it takes for you to cook the pasta.
The peas are a good source of vitamin C. The onion and garlic is not just great for the taste. They have fantastic health benefits.
This dish is vegetarian with no added salt and the combination of seeds and grains make sure that you get the complete proteins you need.
Ingredients
Your favorite pasta
1 cup frozen green peas
Butter
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
A couple of cherry tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper
½ cup of sunflower seeds
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Put the water for the pasta on the stove. Cook the pasta.
Grate onion and garlic and fry gently in butter. Add peas and some water. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
Shred or chop the mozzarella.
Chop bell pepper and tomatoes.
When the pasta is done pour over the pasta in a colander. Pour the peas over the pasta. Then pour pasta and peas back into the pasta pan.
Add the mozzarella and let the pan stand on the after heat about on the stove 1 min while you stir slowly. This way the cheese melts on the pasta.
Add tomatoes and bell pepper. Top with sunflower seeds.
Voila. Dinner is served!

Rooibos is Afrikaans for red-bush. The fine leaves from the South African bush is use to make red tea. Rooibos tea is a naturally caffeine free herbal tea that is known to be full of antioxidants.
Like black tea rooibos tea is fermented but now the green brother popping up in the rest of the world too. Green red tea? Or probably green rooibos tea.
Red tea has not been researched as much as green yet. But studies have shown that rooibos has as an antioxidant activity that is similar to green tea. Rooibos is especially rich in flavonoids. Other antioxidants in red tea are the vitamins C and E.
Red tea is not only loaded with antioxidants it is also a good source of minerals such as iron, potassium, calcium, zinc, sodium and magnesium.
Rooibos is said to have these health benefits:

Diet Like Jennifer Aniston

Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Marcia Cross are all using the new Hollywood diet. They are eating baby food.
When I first heard about it I just started to laugh. But I thought about my 8-months old daughter and the foods I give her.
That’s when I realized that the baby food diet has some very big advantages.
- High quality foods
- No additives
- No processed foods
- Minimum dairy
- Minimum gluten
- No sugar
- No salt
But of course it is easy and much CHEAPER to make the food yourself.
I’m sure you have at least one cookbook at home somewhere. Open it and make a real home cooked meal. Use beans, lenses, vegetables, quinoa, rice, some lean meat.
And remember. Babies don’t drink coffee or soda. They don’t snack on an energy bar or cookies. They don’t eat fast food.
Drink water, maybe add a little jucie. Only eat fruit as snack. Always bring an apple and a bottle of water so you have something healthy to eat when you are hungry.
