Recipe: Wonderful Pasta in 15 min

This is fast and easy to make, inexpensive and it’s a great immune system booster  – and of course delicious.

The recipe takes about 2 min longer than it takes for you to cook the .

The peas are a good source of vitamin C. The onion and garlic is not just great for the taste. They have fantastic health benefits.
This dish is vegetarian with no added salt and the combination of seeds and grains make sure that you get the complete proteins you need.

Ingredients

Your favorite
1 cup frozen green peas
Butter
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
A couple of cherry tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper
½ cup of sunflower seeds
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Put the water for the on the stove. Cook the .
Grate onion and garlic and fry gently in butter. Add peas and some water. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
Shred or chop the mozzarella.
Chop bell pepper and tomatoes.

Add the mozzarella and let the pan stand on the after heat about on the stove 1 min while you stir slowly. This way the cheese melts on the .

Add tomatoes and bell pepper. Top with sunflower seeds.
