We know that fat is bad for our health. But where on our bodies the fat is stored makes a great difference.
Many women that gain weight get pear shaped.
But it is really the apple shape that we should worry about.

A lot of belly fat and a big waistline is an important health monitor. Too long waist circumference shows a risk for cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

Are you in the risk zone?

The international limit set by WHO is:

- 40 inches or 102 cm for men

- 35 inches or 88 cm for women
