Look for rooibos, redbush or red tea. They are all different names on the same healthy tea.

Ive never heard of re tea, but if that list of health benefits are anything to go by, I will definately give it a go for a while. If it can help my acne I would be extremely pleased

Some teas like Mate contain other stimulants but not rooibos. I have a hard time believing that it was the tea that made it difficult for you to fall asleep. There are many herbal teas that you can try that actually help you relax and fall asleep.

I'm cutting down on my caffeine intake at the moment. I've started to drink rooibos tea as it doesn't contain caffeine. I don't know whether or not it is a coincidence, but whenever I've drunk it late in the day, I've had difficulty getting to sleep. Does it contain any stimulants? Caffeine free does not mean stimulant free, does it?

Oh yeah they are better than coffee. You can leave the rooibos tea leaves in the pot for hours it doesn't go bitter like white and green does.
