Diet Like Jennifer Aniston

, Reese Witherspoon and Marcia Cross are all using the new Hollywood . They are eating baby food.

When I first heard about it I just started to laugh. But I thought about my 8-months old daughter and the foods I give her.

That’s when I realized that the baby food diet has some very big advantages.

  • High quality foods
  • No additives
  • No processed foods
  • Minimum dairy
  • Minimum gluten
  • No sugar
  • No salt

But of course it is easy and much CHEAPER to make the food yourself.
I’m sure you have at least one cookbook at home somewhere. Open it and make a real home cooked meal. Use beans, lenses, vegetables, quinoa, rice, some lean meat.

And remember. Babies don’t drink coffee or soda. They don’t snack on an energy bar or cookies. They don’t eat fast food.

Drink water, maybe add a little jucie. Only eat fruit as snack. Always bring an apple and a bottle of water so you have something healthy to eat when you are hungry.

    That’s a novel trying and I think it would be more convenient if you happen to got a child in your home. But what is the joy in life if you loose the joy of eating and tasting delicious food, even if they are not that healthy as you think.
