		<description>The actual ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 for the average American diet is close to 20 to 1.  Whereas, the ideal ratio would be closer to 2 to 1.  This is very bad news for your heart.  Increasing cardiovascular health is important, and a great way to do it is to get more omega-3, and less omega-3.  Add some natural fibers and antioxidants and it will go a long, long way.
