See How Easily You Can Make Your Own Unsweetened Jam in Minutes

July 9, 2007 by Carolin

Welcome back!

Dried apricots have a great taste and are naturally very sweet. Here I’m going to show you how to make your own All Natural Unsweetened Apricot in just minutes.

Use the on toast, with your cereal, pancakes or ice cream.

This apricot is also very good as baby food. Apricots are gentle for the baby stomach. Apricots are full of iron which is important for babies from 6 months old. Mother’s milk does not contain iron and the reserve the baby build up during pregnancy is coming to an end six months after birth.

This apricot is very easy to follow and it only takes 5 minutes to make the . I use no preservatives. Since the is so easy to make I do not make more than I use in 3 days, this way I can spoil myself with fresh all natural ; no sweeteners, no preservatives.

The only ingredient you need is:

Dried apricots

Put apricots in a glass jar and fill with water. Let stand over night.

Put the apricots in a pan and cover with the same water used during the night. (The left over water is great as sweetener; try to add it to your natural unsweetened yogurt)

Boil the apricots for about 5 minutes, if you like run it through a mixer for 30 seconds to make it extra smooth. Keep the in the fridge.

Now spread on toast and enjoy!
