How to grind flaxseeds

Grinding flax seeds is really easy and considering the health benefits of flaxseeds it is well worth it. A basic coffee grinder is inexpensive and can be used of a lot more than flaxseeds. Back to the flaxseed grinding.

All you need is:
Coffee grinder
Whole flax seeds.

Simply pour some whole flax seeds in the grinder and grind for a couple of seconds. Stir with a spoon and the some whole seeds might be stuck in at the bottom. Grind again for a couple of seconds.
Use the ground flax seeds right away or store in the fridge.

Pollen contains high concentrations of B vitamin  complex plus the vitamins C, A, D and E, minerals, enzymes and  antibiotics.
