My favourite sprouts

Sprouts are tiny health bombs, loaded with proteins, vitamins, minerals and trace minerals. They are also one of the riches sources of enzymes. Availability of enzymes is one of the main reasons why raw food is believed to promote health and longevity.
I recommend to start with these seeds and peas because they are very easy to sprout, you can buy them in many stores often even your regular supermarket and they taste great.

| Alfalfa seeds | 4 hours | 4-5 | Use in salads or on sandwiches. Mix with radish and water cress for a spicy flavor |
| Chick peas | 12 hours | 2-3 | Leave them on the kitchen counter and use them as a snack |
| Lentils | 12 hours | 3-5 | Use in salads or on yoghurt for breakfast |
| Radish | 4 hours | 4-5 | Use in salads for spicy flavor |
| Water cress | 4 hours | 4-5 | Use in salads for spicy flavor |
