No more digestive problems with ginger
By Carolin
Welcome back!
Ginger is known for solving digestive problems like morning sickness in pregnant women, motion sickness, flatulence, nausea, food poisoning, diarrhea, indigestion and vomiting. It may cure migraines since both intestinal activity and neurological relaxation are promoted by the herb. Ginger speeds up the blood circulation and sweating. It promotes both the supply of nurturing and healing substances with the blood and the removal of waste material through perspiration.
To avoid motion sickness and vomiting, eat fresh Ginger starting some days before entering the plane, the car or the boat as well as during the trip.
Ginger can be consumed raw or cooked, whole or as powder.
- Treat yourself to a hot bath with slices of ginger this eases stiffness and aching muscles.
- Cut very thin slices of the fresh root and make a tea with it. Use 5-6 slices
- Chew on a small piece of fresh ginger.
- Eat marinated ginger, a fresh addition to your meal.
