<description>Walking is in fact more benefitial to your body than most people realize. I strongly suggest walking routine as a way to stay in shape and keep your heart healthy. Pedometers are a great help to making you walk more. I personally know many people who included walking exercise in their daily routine after they got pedometer. If you find it hard to walk as a way of keeping your physical activity good enough then pedometers will certainly help.
