 A wellness lifestyle includes several dimensions of wellbeing:

Emotional: Having good mental health, positive attitude, high self-esteem
Environmental: Be aware of the state of the earth and the effects of your daily habits
Intellectual: Possess curiosity and strong desire to learn
Physical: Balancing nutritional practices, getting regular exercise and adequate sleep. Paying attention to your body’s warning signs.
Social: Having positive interactions with and enjoying being with others
Spiritual: Finding your place in the universe- the quest for meaning, value and purpose
