 A wellness lifestyle includes several dimensions of wellbeing:
| Emotional: | Having good mental health, positive attitude, high self-esteem |
| Environmental: | Be aware of the state of the earth and the effects of your daily habits |
| Intellectual: | Possess curiosity and strong desire to learn |
| Physical: | Balancing nutritional practices, getting regular exercise and adequate sleep. Paying attention to your body’s warning signs. |
| Social: | Having positive interactions with and enjoying being with others |
| Spiritual: | Finding your place in the universe- the quest for meaning, value and purpose |
