Eat yourself to sleep
By Carolin
Are you having a hard time falling asleep at night? Or do you wake up in the middle of the night and just lie there tossing and turning?
Don’t turn on the light. Don’t turn on the TV. It would just wake you up even more.
Instead get up and eat:
Eat a banana and some dates
Or some unsweetened yogurt with nut butter.
The calcium and magnesium in the food will help your body relax.
When you’re done get back to bed and relax in the dark.
It won’t take long before you’re fast asleep.

My brother-in-law uses CPAP, well he use to use it, now he hates it. Most of the time he will not use it because he feels that his snoring is not as serious as it really is and it’s not worth the discomfort. He tried an anti snoring chin strap and he seems to like that better. I never new about the food connection, thanks for the tip I will tell him.
